2 Tablespoons of Fish Oil per day for anxiety, depression, Joan Mathews Larson, PhD

Joan Mathews Larson, PhD gives a couple Tablespoons of Fish Oil (omega-3′s) to all of her patients. Dr. Larson has been treating anxiety, depression, and addiction natural supplements for 30 years.     Dr. Larson uses liquid fish oil.

    She sells the stuff she uses on her website — healthrecovery[dot]com

    Liquid fish oil might work better, but if you want to try capsules first…

    Costco has the cheapest Omega-3 capsules I’ve seen.
