I was using fish oil that cost several times this. I researched and found they both had the same specifications and both a lemon taste. This bottle is much larger than what I was purchasing for more money!
No problems taking it and keep it in the fridge to extend the life and makes pouring easier. It has a no drip insert and a long shelf life when refrigerated. I will purchase more as needed. I take 2 teaspoons in the a.m.
