Wow…thanks for the info.
I take the Barlean’s flax seed oil (sans the fish oil) and it’s great and also does the trick. I add a tablespoon to a protein shake. OK ok wait I did this BEFORE gaining the weight of 4 men (smirk).
Regardless, you’ll get the essential fats without the nasty fish taste.
Granted, your 3-6-9 probably promotes better health but it’s only healthy if you can hack it enough to actually take it

I take the same Iron. It tears me up inside, but I take it at night. I have a horrible B1 deficiancy. It is so hard to get back to normal. My face goes numb sometimes. It sucks.
