Never thought I would be writing a review for fish-oil. The capsule is beauty to behold and the color is just outstanding. Seriously, this product is just fine. What got me was the price – It’s low! For the money it is a great bargain. Be sure to take your fish oil everyday!

Just wanted to let all the people out there know they should do there research on these fish oil, many of these product has mercury content in them, there are fish oil that has mecury filtered out, I dont know about this one though, so becarful, mercury is bad stuff.

Well, the verdict is in. I took it for a year. It did NOT help my cholesterol at all. That’s all I bought it for so unless you are using it for something else, save your money. Wish I could change it to one star but it won’t let me.
My physicain said to take Flax seeds, not the gel, the seeds as it will work for cholesterol so I’m buying it this time. Here’s the link to what I’ll get, just copy and paste the next whole line in your url and it will take you to it.

I just bought several bottle of this golden alaska deep sea fish oil for my parents in china. After having taken those capsules for 1~2 months, they have a good sleep and appetite that did not happen in their old ages.

Current research suggests quite high doses to get the proper amount of the specific Omega 3 components: five 1,000 mg pills a day. Golden Alaska is the most economical source I was able to find.
