Unless you enjoy the smell of rotting fish at low tide I recommend you steer clear of these miniature stink bombs. Just handling these capsules long enough to remove a couple from the bottle and pop them in my mouth leaves my finger tips stinking like the inside of a fisherman’s boot.
Edit:
I feel obliged to point out for the record that upon opening a second bottle of these fish oil softgels, I did not encounter the same rancid, low tide odor described above. I don’t know why the first bottle smelled so awful as none of the softgels appeared to be leaky. I guess its hit and miss.

It’s hard to review this product, since you cannot pinpoint it as the single reason for improving your health. On the other hand, this Nature’s Bounty product doesn’t give me fish burps, unlike other brands I have tried.
And I received the Omega 3 – Omega 6 product, so I am not sure that the previous reviewer is right.
