The oil I received was in perfect condition and ready for my family to take. I would only suggest when taking the oil to use a chaser like orange juice to stave off the fishy 0vertones of the dose. A little bit of orange juice and you would never know that you had just ingested the oil except for a minor burp now and then. This is a great product.

The first time I heard of this product…the idea kind of repelled me. HOWEVER, this is one of the easiest ways to take fish oil!! Pleasant flavor, no horsepills to swallow.
I recommend asking your local pharmacy for a multi-dose vial adaptor with an oral syringe for absolute lazy and easy dosing, or you could just use a new spoon every day.
