I recently have started taking a supplement called Ultra Vitality Drink. The supplement facts seem to be really impressive to me, but I’m no nutritional expert. because the MDR is the “MINIMUM daily requirement” that the government set. The government wants people to be deficient so they will grow ill and either die or buy drugs from their pharmaceutical friends. The vitamin companies know what the human bodies really need and, as a consequence, when you take vitamins over 100% of the MDR you tend to get more energy because that’s what you’re body really needs.

metabolic – food u eat , exercise u do..
toxic – - the amount of toxic overload in yr system
genetic – pre cursors to disease

“Symptoms always have a cause”.. the problem is, you can spend your whole life searching for it.
“Total Nutrition” from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine actually defies what is being said here about deficiencies. It’s tough to know who to believe. Page 13: “the assertion that Americans have a “vitamin gap” has no basis in reality.” The references of study are all listed. I am not discounting this doctor, I am just stating that it is tough to know who to believe. I suppose logic helps..
