it’s true, the reduced-fat foods are marketed as healthier because they have longer shelf lives.

do what you have to and secure a financially stable lifestyle and you will not base your eating habits on your wallet. let your workers starve, or you starve.

The Truth Project….. watch it~ talks about balance.

I’m 46. I’ve always like keeping active. Over the las 5 years I change the way I eat. Vegie, organic -every thing you say… Now I feel like superman. I bicycle everywehre (minues car) love running a few miles, Ice skate for hours. The other day I biked through snowy (slipper) streets for 28 miles (work and shopping) as fast as I could and that night I was only a little more tired… It is because of the FOOD I eat that my abilities have grown….

Hi Radhia. I really adore you and your great videos. Thanks and keep up the good work.
I do not like the word “Lazy” in your book title because of the negative connotations which seem to further blame the victim. I think people are more or less depressed or ignorant rather than lazy. Lazy implies they are a bad person and do not want to change. Depressed is more accurate in part because these bad eating habits cause depression and create a vicious cycle of inbalance.

“Too lazy to live” sounds like a rather judgmental and negative title. It is somewhat creative but by itself it’s depressing.
Thanks for the other infos though.

  16. gigiontube says:

The biggest negative influence on our life is television. TV not only wastes and consumes our life [by sitting and watching instead of really living our life] but is a brain washing tool, influencing us on what to buy, what to eat, how to live our life. And who is influencing us? The ones making money by selling us their products via advertising. When people buy based on advertising quality is forgotten. Turn off the tv and start thinking for yourself. Buy and do what is best for you !

First of all its cheaper I’m 15 year old i take very good care of my health and i want to buy health organic food but must of the one they sell in walmart and other stores are not. and their is no varitey at all you get a little packet of salad which cost like 4 dollars. So i actually made my own indoor garden

  18. MrSpieldose says:

German beer is healthier, it abides by rigid purity laws and a couple will not kill you.

  19. MrSpieldose says:

I have a system, organic and if I am sitting on my butt online for a day or two, I do a good 3-5 hours of vigorous exercise. I am lacto vegetarian and I do smoke but additive free tobacco and organic wine in moderation, no vaccines…

  20. SacreDro says:

I eat Cherios or how it spells from Nestle the one with honey,it tastes good and it’s sweet.

  21. PlsBeaSmart says:

I think if women could get back the balance that society has stolen from a lot of us, we would be able make the quality decisions, because we would have the TIME and focus to manage our family’s nutrition and wellness as God intended.
Instead, society has been steered away from the traditional social structures by big corps (both adults working)-who’s REALLY in control? There were benefits of having someone in the home to take care of everyone in family. This is a case in point…

  22. PlsBeaSmart says:

…I feel that it takes a whole lot of effort to avoid the packaged stuff. I find that I buy food and then gravitate toward convenience foods because of the ease of preparation. Now with economy and job losses, my husband is out of work (he does not cook) I am under even more pressure to be EVERYTHING. Granted my husband could be part of the solution but the reality is for most working women, YOU are still responsible for cooking, cleaning, child raising, etc…

  23. PlsBeaSmart says:

I know its late as this video was done last year. I still wanted to make a comment.
Frankly, I am a working mom and I feel trapped. I know that I should be feeding my family better and I try to buy organic. When I get home around 6:30-7:00 at night I am sooo tired…

  24. phatboy11388 says:

    your thoughts on HR 875?

the raw food diet seems to be the only sure way to get the bad out of your foods. Seems to reactivate the body’s healing mechanism, seems to assist in spiritual awakening, seems to assist in emotional health, etc. Your thoughts?

How many certified organic foods are REALLY trustworthy?

  25. Bon4hemp says:

Too lazy to live…I love it.
Most of us are too lazy to live…and when we say we can’t afford to eat healthy…it’s an excuse…we can’t be bothered. When you start to eat healthy your body adjusts and you don’t seem to need as much. We are a society that over eats…we should eat to live….not live to eat. As for vitamins….you get what you pay for….most vitamins are poorly absorbed into the body.
