I usually stay away from this brand or any rock bottem priced product but I found this to be a nice exception. Vitamin D3. is very necessary for good health but inconvenient to get from regular foods when you have not had a lot of time to cook. It is priced competitivly and seems to work okay.

This is a great vitamin d. I take 3 a day, cuz I need 3,000IUs a day. I am not much for swallowing pills, but I am able to put these in my mouth and them start melting away in a min to mins. They are wonderful for those who can’t swallow pills. Plus they are tiny anyways!!!

I’ve been taking more supplements these days and some of these pills can choke a horse. These happen to be about the size of a tic tac but more round. They are easy to take.

The softgels are not only easy to swallow, but pack a big punch in a small size. These aren’t the huge horsepills that most softgels end up being; they are miniature football-shaped softgels. I was pleasantly surprised!
